Singapore national secondary qualifications

The national secondary qualification structure is transitioning to the Singapore-Cambridge Secondary Education Certificate from 2027.

Completion or score rule
For the SEC from 2027, a certificate is awarded with at least E8 in a G3 subject, Grade 5 in a G2 subject, or Grade D in a G1 subject. Progression calculations use the published subject-level mappings.
